Safety Guidelines:

  • Handle, transport, and store grinding wheels with care. Do not store them in areas exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, or excessive dryness.
  • Carefully inspect the grinding wheel for any damage before use.
  • Before use, make sure the machine speed does not exceed the maximum rated speed of the grinding wheel.
  • Before installation, make sure the correct size flange is used.
  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect your eyes, face, and body.
  • Always use a safety guard that covers at least half of the grinding wheel.
  • Before grinding, run the wheel at no load for a short period to ensure safe and stable operation.
  • Do not use any product that has been dropped or damaged.
  • Do not force the grinding wheel onto an incompatible spindle or modify the arbor hole diameter.
  • Do not use dirty, damaged, or deformed flanges.
  • Do not overtighten the flange.
  • Never operate a grinder without the safety guard properly installed.
  • Do not stand directly in front of the grinding wheel when starting the grinder.
  • The recommended grinding angle is 15°–30Β°.
  • Store unused fiber discs properly in their original plastic bag.
  • The backing pad diameter should be 10–30 mm smaller than the fiber disc diameter.
