Safety Guidelines:

  • Handle, place, and store grinding wheels carefully. Do not store them in areas with high temperatures, high humidity, or excessively dry conditions.
  • Carefully inspect the grinding wheel for any damage before use.
  • Before use, make sure the machine speed does not exceed the maximum RPM specified for the grinding wheel.
  • Before mounting, ensure that the correct size of mounting flange is used.
  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect your eyes, face, and body.
  • Always use a safety guard that covers at least half of the grinding wheel.
  • Before use, allow the wheel to run freely without load and confirm that it operates safely.
  • Do not use grinding wheels that have been dropped or damaged.
  • Do not force the wheel onto an incompatible spindle or modify the wheel’s bore diameter.
  • Do not exceed the maximum operating speed specified for the grinding wheel.
  • Do not use dirty, damaged, or deformed mounting flanges.
  • Do not overtighten the mounting flange.
  • Do not use the side of a cutting wheel for grinding.
  • Do not operate the grinder without the safety guard properly installed.
  • Do not stand directly in front of the grinding wheel when starting the machine.
