⚠️ Sandblaster Gun Safety Precautions

•  Wear Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  Always wear safety goggles or a face shield, suitable respiratory protection, work gloves, and protective clothing. High-speed abrasive particles, debris, and dust may cause serious injury.

•  Never Point the Nozzle at People or Animals
  The sandblaster gun ejects abrasive media at high speed. Never point the nozzle at yourself, other people, or animals. Never direct compressed air toward the body, even when no abrasive media is loaded.

• Use in a Well-Ventilated Area
  Sandblasting can generate large amounts of dust. Use the tool inside a blasting cabinet, in an area equipped with proper dust collection, or in a well-ventilated workspace.

• Inspect Air Hoses and Connections Before Use
  Before operation, make sure the sandblaster gun, air hose, quick-connect fittings, nozzle, and abrasive hose are properly installed. Check for loose connections, cracks, wear, damage, or air leaks.

• Use the Recommended Working Pressure
  Operate the tool within the recommended working pressure. Never exceed the maximum rated pressure of the sandblaster gun, air hose, fittings, or other accessories.

•  Use Clean, Dry Compressed Air
  Moisture or oil in compressed air may cause abrasive media to clump, reduce media flow, or clog the nozzle. An air filter and moisture separator are recommended.

•  Use Suitable Abrasive Media
  Select the proper abrasive type and grit size according to the nozzle size and equipment specifications. Aluminum oxide, glass beads, and other compatible blasting media may be used. Oversized particles may cause clogging or reduce blasting performance.

•  Be Aware of Dust from Abrasives and Workpieces
  Dust may come from both the blasting media and materials removed from the workpiece, including paint, rust, coatings, and surface contaminants. Check the appropriate safety information before blasting unknown coatings or potentially hazardous materials.

•  Do Not Use in Flammable or Explosive Environments
  Do not operate near flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust. Be aware of potential static electricity and spark hazards.

•  Depressurize Before Maintenance or Changing Parts
  Before cleaning, servicing, removing blockages, changing abrasive media, or replacing the nozzle, shut off the compressed-air supply, disconnect the air hose, and make sure the system is fully depressurized.

• Never Use Compressed Air to Clean Your Body
  After operation, never use the sandblaster gun or compressed air to remove dust from your skin, hair, or clothing.

•  Inspect the Nozzle Regularly for Wear
  The nozzle is a consumable part. Its internal diameter may increase with prolonged use, resulting in higher air consumption and reduced blasting efficiency. Replace worn nozzles as necessary.

•  Keep Out of Reach of Children
  This product is a pneumatic tool and is not a toy. It should not be used by untrained persons or anyone unfamiliar with its proper operation.

High-speed abrasive blasting may cause serious eye, skin, and respiratory injuries. Before operation, make sure all connections are secure and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Never point the nozzle at people, animals, or anything other than the intended workpiece.
